Adolescents (teenagers) today are exposed to more information and cultural alternatives than in earlier times. Consequently, their behavior and emotions are influenced by these alternatives. Thus, there is an urgent need to provide them with certain skills to easily overcome this challenging phase in their lives. The concept of Life Skills: They are 'living skills' or abilities. For adaptive and positive behavior that enable individuals to deal effectively with demands and challenges of everyday life. Life Skills for Health Adolescents (Teenagers): Critical Thinking Decision Making Problem Solving Creative Thinking Interpersonal Relationship Effective Communication Coping with Emotions Coping with Stress Self-Awareness Empathy. Learning and practicing these life skills will help the adolescents in passing through this stormy phase with ease and success.
